Which headphones are supported?
You need headphones with head-motion tracking, such as AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, AirPods (3rd generation or later), AirPods 4, Beats Fit Pro, Beats Studio Pro, or Powerbeats Pro 2. See Settings → Supported Headphones in the App.
Why does the App still say “AirPods not connected”?
Your AirPods may be connected to another device such as a Mac. Play audio on your iPhone for a few seconds to switch the connection back to the iPhone.
How can I continue with the screen off?
When starting a session, choose an ambient sound—white noise, brown noise, or ocean waves. The session continues while the iPhone is locked. This is available with SURARI Pro and during the trial.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in the App and tap Restore Purchases.
